"Suka's Life Story" -

In a small cave, hundreds of years old, a female wolf has lived there for her entire life. The territory around that cave is hers, and her mates, and soon her pups also. There was two, a tough, playful pup named Kaliska, and an equally playful, yet quiet pup named Suka. The two pups were sisters, Suka being the youngest. The small pack only lived happily for but a few month until the humans came.
The forests in the territory of the four wolves was being destroyed, cut down by huge mechanical monsters. The rivers too were erased. The pack of four retreated to the mountains, where they tried to live in peace, but that only lasted a moon until more trouble came from the humans. Hunters started to kill off wolves, and they were being scented in their territory. One morning, when the two young pup's father wen out for a small hunt, he never came back. Their mother soon set out to find him, and the pups were almost old enough so they came too. What they found was a man kneeling by the dead body of their father, and no sooner had they spotted him, had he spotted them. A shot was fired, and the pups were now orphans. They ran and ran until they were sure the hunter could not ever find them, and they curled up together, without their parents for the first time.

The two survived off sickly rabbits and unlucky birds until they no longer could live with the lack of hunting skills. They dared to travel into human territory and try to steal food from them, but it turned out horrible wrong. Kaliska lead Suka into a small camp with a single fire ablaze in the center, and the scent of meat drifted to them, drawing them in. Suka was first to step forward, and when she caught sight of the food, laying near the fire, she thought no men were around. So she swiftly walked up to it and turned to go, but something grasped her by the scruff, and threw her against the ground. A human had captured her, and she dint have the strength to fight back. Kaliska stared on in horror as she struggled, and could no longer bare it, she ran into the human and bit hard into his arm, and with a piercing yell, the man let her go and stood holding his hurt arm and swearing at the young wolf. Kaliska tried to run, but another human had thrown a net over her and carried her off into one of the tents, and the last thing she heard was the mournful howl of Suka, already some distance away from the camp, barely escaping the jaws of the human hands.

Suka stayed by the camp for days, always staying out of sight of the Humans, and every night howled and tried to listen for the answer of her beloved sister, but none came. After an entire month, she was to weak to stay around and knew she had to go out to search for a better food supply. And as she padded away from her home, the realization came onto her that she would never see any of her family again. She howled a long, sad song to the stars above and continued her journey into a new life.

A year old, still alone wandering endless forests and mountains. Suka traveled day and night, coming across many different animals and trees, and rivers, and vast open fields of grass. On swift paws, she continued heading toward a place she didn't know was there, or if she was ever going in the right direction. But one night, when the full moon was high in the sky, she heard howls in the distance, howls of many wolves, " A pack!" She thought and raced towards the noise. Soon, she was out of the trees and in front of her lie a huge lake with sparkling stars reflected on the surface and the shadows of a large pack of wolves all howling together on the hillside. They were called the Moon Valley pack, and took her in as a member of their pack, which she was very grateful for. A few months passed and she lived in peace with these wolves, but a fight between an alpha and a wolf from another pack changed it all. The pack eventually dispersed and Suka was again alone and in search of a home.

She became a loner, and eventually settled herself as so. She traveled when and where she anted and ate what and when she wanted. She was OK with this, except there was always an empty void in her heart where the love of pack mates used to fill with joy and happiness. The void is still there, and now she longs to find at least one other wolf that can cheer her up when sad, but she never greeted a wolf that did that for her.
She found a strange land finally, where dark clouds shrouded the sky, and the wolves were different from what she knew. She stayed a while and the clouds dissipated, but the morning they did so she felt different herself, and she found out she had a remarkable ability when she was startled by a rabbit she almost stepped on. She jumped and snarled a bit and she tensed for a second, and she looked down just slightly and saw her paws were not there! she was invisible! But the strange invisibility died away after a minuet or two. This was a lot to comprehend to her but she finally saw that it was only when she was genuinely scared she could do this.
Now, she found that the land is starting to flourish, and wolves are starting packs in different territories and she feels she won't be so unhappy here. So she explores a lot and is kind and grateful to each wolf she passes, though nowadays she is always a quiet and withdrawn young soul, only opening up to that one wolf that can cover that empty feeling inside her. She doesn't challenge wolves even if it is at her advantage, she feels that she is fine as a subordinate or simple wanderer. And she doesn't mind seeing all she has seen, it has made her a wise, swift thinker and the knowledge of humans and the land that few wolves posses.

And that would be the basic story of Suka's Past. ( Kaliska was a wolf my best friend used to role play but she quit the role playing soon after she started and so this story is how it goes. Yes Kalika is dead though =[ Not my friend, just the wolf )
